OXEN Sports has launched a new podcast series, Engineered to Inspire, bringing together stories, insight and conversations from across the worlds of sport, business, leadership and performance.

The podcast will feature a series of conversations with people who have helped shape teams, brands, careers, communities and sporting organisations across the OXEN world.

The first episode features Craig Franklin, former Hull KR Chief Operating Officer and now Brand Director at OXEN Sports.

In Episode One, Craig talks through his journey in sport, from helping drive the commercial, digital and matchday growth of one of rugby league’s most successful clubs, to now leading the brand and marketing strategy behind one of the fastest-growing sportswear brands in the UK.

Craig discusses OXEN’s ambition to continue growing from a leading teamwear supplier into a global sportswear brand, with a focus on product, storytelling, partnerships and selling sports apparel to customers around the world.

From leadership and marketing to fan engagement, entrepreneurship and the future of sport business, the opening episode offers a behind-the-scenes look at the thinking that helps build brands on and off the field.

Engineered to Inspire will continue with future episodes featuring leaders, innovators and game-changers from across sport and business, sharing lessons, stories and ideas designed to inspire athletes, teams, brands and everyday people.

Episode One of Engineered to Inspire, featuring Craig Franklin, is available now. Make sure you subscribe now to follow the series and get alerts on future episodes from OXEN Sports.
